On behalf of all my staff, I welcome you to our office. We are pleased that you have selected us to care for your dental needs. We want you to know that we are committed to providing you with the highest quality of oral health care in the most gentle, efficient, and enthusiastic manner possible.
Our primary goal whenever possible is the retention of your healthy, natural teeth. To accomplish this goal, we need your cooperation. Therefore, we hope to achieve a clear, mutual understanding by keeping you well informed at all times. With this is mind, let me tell you what to expect on your first visit to our office.
During your first visit, a thorough examination of your oral health will be completed. Our procedure is as follows:

Acquainting the patient with our office and staff

Visual examination of the mouth

Taking necessary x-rays and a thorough cleaning (unless a more deep cleaning is needed)

A diagnosis is made and the most satisfactory treatment plan will be discussed with you. A fee estimate will be determined and financial arrangements made, along with appointments to begin treatment.
Should you have any questions about our service or policies, please telephone. Our office hours are Monday -Thursday 8am-5pm and every Friday Closed. Our TMJ Specialist, Dr. Douglas O'Dell is in the office Tuesday - Thursday from 10am-2pm. We look forward to a relaxed and pleasant visit with you.
